In the Heights is one of the best productions ever at Stages St. Louis, if not the best. Every facet of this brilliant staging deserves superlatives. Director-choreographer Luis Salgado draws wonderful performances from the entire cast, capturing the style and spirit of Washington Heights with compelling authenticity. Salgado’s choreography drives the show forward with unflagging energy and sparkle.
